Terms of Service

Return Policy:

Customers will have 14 days from the delivered date to request a return. We will accept exchange or refund for unopen items only. We will not accept return or refund for unopened/used items. Before returning an item please contact us to get an RMA number which will be placed in the box. Without an proper RMA number, there will be no exchange or refund. Customers will pay for shipping charge to return an order to us.

Shipping Policy:

Customers will need to ensure the shipping address is correct and up to date. Customers will take full responsibility for the accuracy of their shipping addresses. There will be extra charge if we have to re-ship the orders due to wrong or mispelled address. 

Expired Inventory:

All claims for expired inventory must be accompanied with the Expiration Date. We will not issue a refund for expired merchandise if the order was shipped within 30 days or more days from the “best by” date or the “expiration date”

Damaged Claims

All damage claims must be accompanied by digital photographs and details describing the damage

Order Cancellation

All orders cancellation must be communicated via our email at [email protected] before 4.00PM EASTERN time. We will provide best effort to modify or cancel the order for you. However we do not make any guarantee about the order cancellation. In worst case that the order has been shipped by our vendors before we are able to cancel it, the customers will have to pay for shipping cost and related cost to cancel the order. We will not accept any return due to buyer’s remorse like buyers change their mind about the products.
